This is also why one should cover their head in extreme hot weather that has reached 35 + Celsius. * Fireflies are named because they have so much phosphorus. If we had sufficient phosphorus, we too could shine in the dark! * We find different combinations of phosphorus related foods are important in terms of variety. In one food, spinach, we have phosphorus with potassium, yet in another food, walnuts, we find phosphorus and calcium. In other foods we still find many other combinations of phosphorus such as phosphates of iron, phosphates of sodium, magnesium. Phosphorus foods combined with calcium will build the bones, phosphorus combined with sugar such as honey builds up the affectionate faculties in the brain of a person. It is not only a question of phosphorus, it is what kind of phosphorus which we wish to develop. This shows importance in variety. * Milk is fine for building the bones in baby as in calcium phosphate, but the baby needs brain phosphates. Milk phosphorus does not build a brain very successfully, this is why we must fall back on egg yolk, fish, vegetables, grains in order to build and sustain a healthy brain. * Phosphorus and sulphur foods should be eaten together and are controlled by iodine. Phosphorus also needs sufficient oxygen. An excess can cause weak kidneys and lungs. * Those who do intensive brain work, students, teachers, doctors, lawyers, and others that engage in nerve / stress occupations should have a diet rich in phosphorus. Whenever you need to use your brain tremendously and need a good supply of brain phosphorus, make a drink containing 3 to 6 raw egg yolks and you will be at your best.
